Why a Gutter Guard Company
Most home service companies do a little of everything. We went the other way. Waldorf Gutter Guards focuses on gutters and nothing else — guards first, with cleaning, repair, and replacement to make sure the system underneath is right.
The reason is simple. Gutters are the cheapest protection your house has, and they fail more often than any other part of the exterior. A small company that does one trade well beats a big company that treats gutters as an add-on.
How We Work
Every job starts with a free on-site estimate. We walk the full roofline, note the tree cover, check the pitch of each gutter run, look at the fascia boards, and test the downspouts. Then we give you a written price — for the guard that fits your home, not the most expensive one on the truck.
Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet." If your gutters are sagging, the fascia is soft, or a downspout is crushed, guards go on after the repair, not before. We would rather quote the repair first than install a guard over a failing system and hope you do not notice.
On install day, we clean the gutters first — every time. Guards go over clean channels, never over packed leaves. We fit the guard to your gutter profile, secure it the way the product requires, and run water through the system before we pack up. You get a walkthrough of what was done and what to expect.
What We Will Not Do
We will not invent a price over the phone. We will not tell you a cheap foam insert is a lifetime solution. We will not install guards on gutters that need replacing and call it done. And we will not pressure you — the written estimate is good while you decide, and a no is a no.
If that sounds like the way you want the work done, get in touch. Call (301) 679-9193 or send the form for your free on-site estimate.
